Suchitra Harnahalli is a first-year Ph.D. Student in German and Visual Studies. She began learning German in 2013 and fell in love with the language. After her PASCH Stipendium in 2016 at Dresden, her passion for the language deepened. Later, she taught German as a foreign language while pursuing her Master’s. Her interests include studying women’s experiences from the Second World War and the role of the body on stage during the Holocaust.
