Three Penn State undergraduate students are awarded German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Scholarships for study and research in Germany

Madeline “Maddie” Sherlock, Jon Steindorf and Keri Wolfe have received German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Scholarships for research and study in Germany in the 2012-2013 academic year. Madeline Sherlock will be spending the year as an exchange student in Marburg at the Philipps-Universität. Jon Steindorf is studying in the fall semester in Freiburg at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität. Keri Wolfe is doing an internship for four months (September-December) in Hamburg with Suzlon Energy, a wind energy company. The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) provides financial support for highly qualified students and faculty for research and study in Germany.
