Lawrence Glatz (1995 Ph.D.) Celebrates 21 Years as German Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver

Dr. Lawrence Glatz is entering his 21st year at MSU Denver – 5 as Assistant, 5 as Associate, und 10 as Full Professor of German.

The program he made out his MA/PHD years at Penn State, together with an exchange year at the University of Kiel and 14 months DAAD at the University of Hamburg and Free University of Berlin, sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service, prepared him well for teaching, research, and service in a small undergraduate program.

Dr. Glatz reports having taught 19 different courses at 24 credits or 4/4 yearly, and having enjoyed seeing the many German minors and majors do well at MSU-Denver and beyond.

Dr. Glatz was also selected to be a 2007-08 Fulbright Senior Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Siegen.
